Mix these together (in mixer if you have one)
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of butter
1 3/4 cups of sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (regular milk + 1 t. vinegar)
Add the dry ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of flour
4T cocoa
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
Then add:
2 cups of grated, unpeeled zucchini
Put in 2 greased, floured loaf pans.
Add chocolate chips and nuts on top.
Bake at 325* for 55-60 minutes.
