Monday: Martha's mac and cheese
Tuesday: rotisserie chickens/ white and sweet potatoes on time bake, veggie or salad
Wednesday: lasagna
Thursday: corn chowder/ bread
Friday: Thai food
Saturday: leftovers
Sunday: red beans and rice

Oh I loved her Mac and Cheese recipe. We use is on a regular basis as well.
I've NEVER had Thai food.
There used to be a fantastic Thai restaurant near here where you sat on the floor on cushions at low tables, for the whole experience, but it closed down before we ever got the chance to try it out.
