Chicken Packets.. a family favorite!

The original chicken packet recipe can be found in: Once a Month Cooking.  This is an easy one to "wing".

You buy the pre-made crescent rolls that come in a pop-open package.  You connect two triangles to form a square.

The inside is a mixture of: cream cheese (softened in the microwave), a little bit of milk, cooked chicken, and sliced green onions.
Place a blob of chicken mixture on the crescent roll and seal the edges all around.  It should look like a rectangle.
Brush butter over the top and sprinkle bread crumbs over that.

Bake several of these "packets" in the 400* oven for 20 minutes.  Yummy!  They freeze really well also!
