The original chicken packet recipe can be found in: Once a Month Cooking. This is an easy one to "wing".
You buy the pre-made crescent rolls that come in a pop-open package. You connect two triangles to form a square.
The inside is a mixture of: cream cheese (softened in the microwave), a little bit of milk, cooked chicken, and sliced green onions.

Place a blob of chicken mixture on the crescent roll and seal the edges all around. It should look like a rectangle.

Brush butter over the top and sprinkle bread crumbs over that.
Bake several of these "packets" in the 400* oven for 20 minutes. Yummy! They freeze really well also!
