Scenes from the Week..to my Sweetheart

Now my dear hubby, if on your way home from France, you decide to check into the big world of internet and want to know what we did for the days you were gone, I've written a post in your honor.

Look, a car that was born the same year as you were..  it looks sturdy and reliable, and it's red head too.

As you can see, we've been roughing it while you were gone.  The food was not very plentiful.

The inmates complained..
The kids through me for a loop..
I told them to get outta town..
They boogied their way through prayer meeting
While I slaved away, baking and cleaning..

So, get home soon.. and rescue me.  Your loving,
and not-so-bossy wife,  (O.M.)

I'm ready for a little of your kind of slavery. Is that an oh-so-autumn-y doughnut I see? If you sit outside eating doughnuts, does your baking and cleaning really get done? That could be the secret to surviving pregnant homemaking! If you drink hot cider with your doughnuts, does your laundry get done, too?

If you eat cider WITH the donuts, it counts as a workout. LOL

I just thought you looked like you were having too much fun while you-know-who was away working far, far away. By the way, what year was that truck again? I think it might be older than me. . . is that possible. . .

I think it would be the ultimate in cool-dom to actually have a car in the year I was born. For me, it would be 1969. For my sweetheart, it is: 1965. That's the year. Are you older, Kathy?
